The Master Playwright Festival provides opportunities for both professional and emerging artists from a variety of organizations and independent companies to produce work under the umbrella of a larger festival.

Since 1990, members of the Manitoba Bar Association have volunteered thousands of billable hours for the Lawyers Play (formerly known as the Community Play). In the process, these talented lawyers and judges have raised over $1 million for Royal MTC programming. The Black & White Ball is an annual event to celebrate live theatre and raise funds.
